>25 years hands-on experience in EAF, LF, Caster, scrap charge mix, consumable materials. Record of 36 heats per day with average of 32 heats. Good experience in making foaming slag, tapping addition, desulphurization and early achievement of chemistry during tapping and varies achievement in cost reduction initiatives.
- Metallurgical knowledge with >20 years of hands-on working experience in steel making including addition of hot metal to EAF in production of billet, slab, beam blank etc.
- Induction furnace operation.
- Stainless steel furnace operation.
STEEL TREATMENT
>25 years hands-on experience in steel treatment including fast slag-making, reduce treatment time, power consumption, achieving cost competitiveness, quality compliance and chemical compositions control.
WIRE ROD MILL & REBAR MILL
>30 years of hands-on experience with low-cost high productivity in wire rod, bar production. In wire rod mill, < 0.1% cobble for 5.5mm wire rod operating at 100m/s, operation ratio (> 85%), 5s billet gap time.
MAINTENANCE & TROUBLESHOOTING
25 years of hands-on experience in predictive, preventive, and troubleshooting of hydraulics system and water treatment in EAF, LF, Caster, Wire Rod Mill, Bar Mill, overhead crane, dedusting system, graphite electrode cooling system and regulation system.
Provide training and development to clients.
